Our Story
Miss Utah's Outstanding Teen is Utah's premier scholarship program for teens and has been for the last 18 years. As part of the Miss America Organization, we are supported by the 4 pillars of the MAO organization, which are: Service, Style, Scholarship & Success.
Our Teens select personal service initiative which drives their community service and involvement.
Each year, we award over $100,000 in cash prizes, tuition waivers and in kind donations.

Want to Compete?
Our 2024 Competition will be February 16th & 17th, 2024 in Provo, Utah. Eligibility is based on a number of criteria's and include age, location and year of education. Please reach out to us with specific questions regarding eligibility requirements.
Teens compete in the following areas of competition:
- Private Interview
- Talent
- Onstage Question & Evening Gown
- Lifestyle & Fitness in sportswear (no swimwear)
